However, considering the practical aspects, the approach has now shifted to linear development along the expressway. This strategic shift aligns with the vision outlined by Shri Narendra Modi during his tenure as Gujarat’s Chief Minister. In his speech at ITI Gandhinagar, he drew a compelling analogy—just as ancient civilizations flourished along riverbanks, modern development naturally emerges alongside new roads. Dholera’s transformation is a testament to this principle, setting the stage for a well-planned and progressive urban landscape.
